Zeolite Concentration Rotor + Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
The zeolite concentration rotor + Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO) system is suitable for treating low-concentration, high-volume organic waste gas. The system primarily consists of a pre-treatment unit, a zeolite concentration rotor, an RTO unit, a fan, and a stack.
Get QuoteSystem Overview
The system utilizes the porous adsorption properties of zeolite molecular sieves to adsorb and concentrate organic compounds. The concentrated organic matter is then fed into the RTO, where high-temperature oxidation (≥750℃) decomposes the carbon and hydrogen compounds into harmless by-products such as CO₂ and H₂O.
