Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
The Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) primarily consists of a heat storage chamber, an oxidation combustion chamber, switching valves, a burner, gas supply and combustion-supporting systems, a compressed air system, and a control system. The operation of these components is interlocked, ensuring stable performance.

System Function
The Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) utilizes natural gas to directly combust organic waste gas. At high temperatures ranging from 750°C to 850°C, the carbon (C) and hydrogen (H) atoms within the organic molecules are decomposed into harmless CO₂ and H₂O.
System Operation
After combustion, the flue gas passes through regenerative ceramic media, transferring its high-temperature thermal energy to the media for the preheating of incoming organic waste gas; the treated flue gas is then discharged in compliance with emission standards. Switching valves allow for the alternating intake of waste gas to facilitate continuous processing, enabling the RTO to efficiently recover thermal energy and significantly reduce energy consumption.
