System Introduction

The zeolite concentration rotor combined with a catalytic combustion unit is a system selected by our company based on years of practical engineering experience; it is ideally suited for treating high-volume, low-concentration volatile organic compound (VOC) exhaust gas. The system primarily consists of a pre-treatment unit, a zeolite concentration rotor unit, a catalytic purification unit, a fan, and a stack.

System Principle

The system operates by utilizing the porous adsorption properties of zeolite molecular sieves and the process of catalytic combustion. In the presence of a catalyst and at temperatures ranging from 250℃ to 300℃, the carbon and hydrogen compounds within the organic components are oxidized into harmless substances such as CO₂and H₂O.
