Equipment Introduction

This new, eco-friendly product for dry-type spray booths utilizes a combination of baffle-style filter plates and fibrous filter media. Employing inertial separation technology, it captures overspray by forcing the airflow to change direction repeatedly; particles heavier than air adhere to the baffle walls rather than being carried away by the airstream.

Equipment Function

Fine particles undergo secondary filtration through the fibrous filter media, achieving a paint mist purification efficiency of over 98%. By utilizing filters with varying performance characteristics, the system removes dust and water mist from the exhaust—trapping and retaining particulates within the filter media—to ensure the supply air meets cleanliness requirements. Pressure drop gauges are installed at each filtration stage to alert operators when filter replacement is necessary.
