Catalytic oxidizer(CO)
The catalytic purification unit primarily consists of a housing, a heat exchanger, an electric or burner-based heating system, a catalytic bed, and a control system. The various components operate with interlocked controls, ensuring stable performance.
Get QuoteSystem Overview
Catalytic oxidizer also called Catalytic combustion system, which utilize a catalyst to facilitate the flameless combustion of waste gas at a relatively low ignition temperature (typically around 250℃), decomposing organic waste gases (VOCs) into harmless carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water vapor (H₂O); this process effectively removes harmful substances from the waste gas while simultaneously enabling heat recovery.
